Curriculum

Learning at TCCS extends beyond the classroom walls and the textbook. Experiencing, investigating, exploring, thinking, and discovering are some of the everyday activities that engage our students in the learning process. The curriculum at TCCS is not confined  to a publisher, a state standard, or a test. Inspirational teachers who integrate a Christian worldview, effective teaching strategies, and high standards are also a part of the academic curriculum.

The Christ-centered, college preparatory curriculum at TCCS integrates:

  • A biblical worldview
  • Engaging hands-on-activities
  • Field trips
  • Outreach
  • Technology integration
  • Bible
  • Mathematics
  • Physical Education (individual developmental skills and team sport)
  • Social Studies (history, culture, economics, government, etc.)
  • Language Arts (reading, writing, vocabulary, spelling, grammar)
  • Science
  • Music, Drama, Art
