Grade level: 9th – 12th grade (Two Semesters)

Course description:
This course is designed to acquaint each male student with the rules, strategies, and skills involved in a variety of team and individual sports. The student will be introduced to the major muscle groups and what exercises focus on each muscle. The student will also maintain and/or improve his level of physical fitness through a regular routine of stretching, jogging, and strength exercises. The student will be reminded that he is responsible for maintaining a healthy body.
