rosieOne of the unsung heroes who works behind the scenes at TCCS is Mrs. Rosemary “Rosie” Lopez.

Everyday, Rosie serves the students with a heart full of joy and a sense of humor that blesses the students and staff. Rosie works long hours and also manages to find the time to assist Coach Bickley with the barbeque fundraisers that help students raise money for mission trips and supports the athletic program at TCCS.

Rosie points to her faith in Christ as something that helps her stay focused on her purpose for being at Tri-City. A recent breast cancer survivor, Lopez is grateful for each day God has given her to serve the students and families at TCCS.
Rosie’s children, Gilbert (2006 graduate) recently began a 27 month teaching job in Cambodia with the Peace Corps and her younger son Luis (a 2009 graduate) attends West Coast Baptist College and is majoring in church ministries. She has been married to her husband Gilbert for 29 years. You may have heard Rosie, “Don’t forget to turn in your lunch orders!” We love our unsung hero!
