Attendance

It is our desire that students present themselves in a modest fashion. Students are expected to dress neatly, modestly, and in good taste at all times, including after-school activities (I Timothy 4:12 and Titus 2:4-5). It is the responsibility of parents to ensure compliance with all TCCS policies and guidelines.

This form should be completed and returned to the office at least 2 days prior to the Anticipated Absence. It should be signed by a parent and all teachers before being turned in to the front office for Administrator approval. A teacher’s signature indicates that arrangements have been made for work that will be missed.

Students authorized for late arrival are expected to arrive on campus at least 10 minutes prior to the start of class. Students authorized for early dismissal are expected to depart the campus promptly without disturbing school activities. Students playing after school sports and planning to remain on campus must be enrolled in a 7th period class. Students arriving late or leaving early MUST sign in and out of the front office on the Vista Way campus.

Return completed form to the front office on the Vista Way campus. Please note that your schedule change will not be processed without approval from the school administration.

Form that releases Tri-City Christian Schools from any liability during the time given student permission to leave campus.

PARENTS: Please keep this notice in your car so that you will be prepared should it rain at dismissal/drop-off time. If you need copies for carpool drivers, we have extras in the office for you.
