Community Service

This form is to certify that the type and amount of service described was provided by the student at the location listed on this form in accordance with the following Tri-City Christian School policies:

1. All service projects will be based on the principle in Mark 10:45 which states, “For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” The type of service that a student will be required to do will involve giving of his time and talents (see the organizations and activities listed on the back of this form).

2. Service projects cannot be done for immediate family members, and students cannot receive payment for their service.

3. Requirements by grade: Junior High School – 15 hours per year (7-8 per semester) High School – 30 hours per year (15 per semester)
