Parents, guardians, or grandparents are eligible to perform service hours. Student hours are NOT allowed to count toward this requirement. Families will be required to serve a minimum of 30 hours of approved service to the school, or families may choose to “buyout” of this requirement for $300.


Please return completed form to any school office or the tuition drop box as soon as the service is complete. The service year will be June 1 to May 1. Contact the school office if you have any questions.
